She is so excited! And I am excited for her. This will be a wonderful opportunity for her.
The Upward Bound Program is a college preparation program for high school students. They have summer classes, tutoring services, and provide help with financial aid forms, college entrance exams and applications. They also provide fee waivers for these things.
